INTRODUCTION

Small Lot B-1 comprises of 55 unserved mauzas in Pishin, Quetta and Killa Abdullah Districts.Universal Service Fund and PTML (Ufone) entered in the contract to provide basic telephony and data services to the mass population in un-served areas of B-1 Lot on January 4, 2018.

Following registered bidders submitted their Qualification & Services and Subsidy Proposals on 8th September 2017;

Financial Bid Opening of Technically Qualified Bidders:

All bidders were declared Technically Qualified and Financial Bids were opened on 22nd September 2017. Subsidy requested is as follows;
